We make Nixtamal Corn Tortillas using an ancient cooking process called nixtamalization, which starts with US-grown organic corn. Nixtamal corn tortillas have a strong corn flavor and are much more pliable than a typical corn tortilla. These gluten-free* & vegan tortillas are perfect for tacos, taquitos, enchiladas and chips.

Our flour tortillas consist of only five ingredients: organic flour; organic sunflower oil (instead of lard); filtered water; non-gmo, aluminum free baking powder and sea salt. All wheat-based tortillas use King Arthur Organic Flour, a never bleached or bromated flour made from 100% USA-grown hard red winter wheat and malted barley. All Flour Tortillas are vegan. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

These tortillas are made using the same recipe as Flour, but include a 50/50 blend of Organic Whole Wheat and Organic Artisan Select Flour.
